the GOCap EQ is an anomaly. it doesn't look like a technical running cap but it is, in fact, technical and designed to run in.
using our highly breathable, lightweight but still durable TUFFtek canvas married to our COOLmatic | PLUS MIKRAmesh™. we're building a technical story that's a little more low key in terms of look, and versatile beyond just your run.

Size Guide
Our kit is cut for running: close where it needs to stay put, roomy where you need to move. Measure yourself once, then use the charts below. Between two sizes? Go up.
How to measure
Use a soft tape measure and wear light layers. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.
- Chest. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
- Waist. Measure around your natural waist, the narrowest point above your belly button.
- Hips. Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Inseam. Measure from the crotch seam down the inside of your leg, or take it from a pair of shorts that already fit well.

Everyday — GOCAP
The original five-panel shape, with a medium crown and a soft brim that folds into a pocket. It’s the one that goes with everything, from easy miles to errands.
Low-profile — FSTCAP
Sleek and snug, with a lower crown and a quick-adjust back. Built from light FLEXweave and MIKRAmesh™, it’s made for race day and fast sessions.
Trail — TRLCAP
A higher crown for better airflow, with a tough ripstop front and brim that shrug off branches and bad weather. Made for long days on rough ground.
Baseball — CRWCap
A classic baseball shape with a short brim. This one is for wearing before and after the run, not during it.
COOLmatic™
Ciele’s family of fast-drying, wicking knits. PLUS versions add odour control for long days.
FLUIDE™ ripstop
A light recycled woven with a touch of stretch. The ripstop grid stops small snags from spreading.
DIAMAfleece
A diamond grid of recycled pile. Warm where the fleece is, breathable through the channels.
MIKRAmesh™
A fine, airy mesh for cap panels and headbands, so heat has somewhere to go.
PFC-free DWR
A water-repellent finish without forever chemicals. Light rain beads up and rolls off.
